The company's operation center is located in Shenzhen, which is a comprehensive enterprise focusing on the design, R&D, domestic sales, exports, and service of new-type tobacco products. The company offers a wide range of new-type tobacco products, including heat-notburn (HNB) products (HEATX：heating device brand), pod-system vapes, disposable vapes, open-system vapes, CBD devices, nicotine pouches, hookahs, etc. In addition, the company also provides OEM and ODM customized production services, which can meet the individual needs of customers.

The company has four production bases located in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Laos and Indonesia, covering a total area of 15,000 square meters. Several automated and semi-automated production lines are built in the bases to ensure efficient production and quality control of the products. Focusing on product quality and safety, the products produced by the company have passed a number of international certifications, including but not limited to CE, ROHS, CB, KC, ECAS, ECA, TPD, FCC, REACH, UN38.3, EN/EC62133, and SDS/MSDS, fully proving the safety and reliability of the products.
